Founded in 2015, AQWA Recruitment was born out of a simple but powerful observation: the traditional hiring process was broken. Automated algorithms were replacing human intuition, and high-potential talent was getting lost in the noise.
We set out to build a firm that prioritized deep industry knowledge and personal relationships. Starting with a small team in London, we specialized in technical engineering roles before expanding into the Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.
